Submit a Report Use the Citizen Reporting Center to view existing reports or submit a new report of an issue in our community. Submit a Report Contact Public Works The Public Works Department is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays.  Call 630-834-8505 to report an issue. Can I track the status of my report? Do I have to provide my name when I submit a report? How do I provide feedback after the issue has been resolved? Does the reporting center handle emergency services? Yes, you can search for your report and check the status of your report at any time. No, you can choose to remain anonymous when you submit a report.  However, we may have questions or want to follow up, so providing contact information can help problems to be resolved more quickly. If you share your email address with us, we’ll send you a satisfaction survey after the work has been completed. No, the Citizen Reporting Center only handles non-emergency issues.  Call 911 in the case of an emergency.
