Vanuatu VanGeo

Vanuatu GeoNode is an open source platform for sharing geospatial data and maps. The platform was deployed as part of the PARTneR (Pacific Risk Tool for Resilience) project, which is working with Pacific communities to predict, plan and prepare for the harm caused by disasters, using geospatial data and tools to estimate impacts and losses from natural hazards.
